If your home remodel project falls in any must-have permits, Done Right Builders and Remodeling will take care of the permit acquisition. After identifying the tasks for which you need permits, here's a seamless overview of how we manage them:

First, our expert team will develop the necessary designs and provide you with a thorough assessment.

Once you review and approve the assessment, we swiftly apply, whether online or in person, to the Building & Safety Department.

Next, our team liaises with City Inspectors, addressing any queries or recommendations they may have to ensure compliance with building codes.

With the green light from the inspectors, we will proceed with the planned construction for your home.

Upon completion, the City Inspectors will conduct a final examination to ensure every aspect aligns with the approved plan.

Once the officials are satisfied, we'll hand you your beautifully built Bay Area home.
